Digital Product Policy (Instant Downloads)

This Digital Product Policy applies to all digital items sold on Higher Healing Tarot, including audio tarot readings, guided meditations, and audio/video classes (“Digital Products”).

1) Delivery (Instant Download)

Digital Products are delivered via instant download after successful payment.
You’re responsible for providing an accurate email address at checkout and for downloading/saving your files promptly.

2) No Returns or Refunds

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final.
Digital Products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, including if you change your mind, purchase by mistake, or do not use/download the product.

3) Access & Availability

Download access may be available for a limited time or limited number of attempts depending on how the product is delivered through the site.
If you have trouble accessing your download, contact us and we’ll help you regain access when possible.

4) Personal Use Only + No Resharing

Digital Products are licensed for personal use only.
You may not copy, reproduce, reshare, distribute, sell, sublicense, or upload any Digital Product (in whole or in part).
You may not use any Digital Product in other programs, courses, trainings, memberships, client work, or services unless explicitly approved in writing by Higher Healing Tarot / The Valvo Technique.

5) Technical Issues

If you experience a problem with downloading or opening a file, contact us with:

your name,
order details (date and item purchased),
and a description of the issue (screenshots if possible).
